Suzanne Luttig has amassed extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, starting from entry-level positions and progressing to restaurant management. Eventually, she transitioned to the telecommunications industry. Throughout her career, Suzanne has worked closely with diverse individuals and groups, gaining valuable insights into the significance of effective communication in project management.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Suzanne pursued her passion for photography by studying the art form at a local community college. She further honed her skills by apprenticing under seasoned professionals in the field while simultaneously establishing her own photography studio.

Beyond her professional achievements, Suzanne finds joy in expressing her creativity through gardening and cooking. She cherishes moments spent with her husband and family, cherishing the bonds they share.

How would you describe your photographic style?

Whether it's commercial buildings, residential properties, retail spaces, or architectural landmarks, Suzanne's portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects that reflect her versatility and ability to adapt to various photographic styles and requirements. What's your standard workflow when doing real estate photography, from arrival at the location through to delivery of the images?

Timeless Nebraska Media is your all-inclusive solution. Upon arrival at the location, we wear branded clothing, allowing sellers to easily identify us if they are present. We commence the session by walking through the property, inside or outside, depending on the weather or time of day.

At Timeless Nebraska Media, we prioritize time not counting the number of images captured.  Our business model focuses on the square footage of the property instead of counting the images.  We do not hold images back or ask you to select.  To ensure a seamless process, it is preferable for no one to be present during our sessions. With our supra entry access, we can enter properties just like real estate agents. Furthermore, we maintain full affiliation with our local board of realtors.

Post-session, the images undergo editing and are delivered to the real estate agent within 24 hours from the end of the day. We offer various options, including the choice of receiving only the images or a personalized webpage dedicated to the property, encompassing drone footage, still photography, videos, iGuide, and many more customizable features.

Timeless Nebraska Media gladly provides consultation services to real estate agents, Airbnb teams, property owners, and rental property owners.

Upon arriving at the location, we ensure our team is easily identifiable by wearing branded clothing, allowing management and guests to recognize us. We warmly greet the management and obtain specific instructions on where the session will take place. Through prior consultations, we are already aware of the requirements, ensuring that all necessary equipment is readily available on-site. Additionally, we always carry backup equipment to guarantee that no job remains incomplete. We prioritize the business needs of our clients and carefully plan the session accordingly.

The delivery of our product is carried out as agreed upon in advance, with digital delivery being the most popular option. Timeless Nebraska Media is renowned for its prompt turnaround time, ensuring that clients receive their images promptly and efficiently.

How important is Photoshop or digital editing to your process?

Photoshop and digital editing software provide a wide array of capabilities that enables Timeless Nebraska Media to transform our raw captures into polished, captivating masterpieces. These tools offer the ability to refine composition, correct exposure and color balance, remove unwanted elements, enhance details, and bring out the true potential of an image.  Your brand depends on our skills and we deliver.

What do you enjoy most about photographing real estate, architecture and the built environment?

One of the favorite parts of our job is conveying a Sense of Place: Photographing real estate and architecture allows me to capture the essence and character of a specific location. Each building or space tells a story and reflects the cultural, historical, or social context of its surroundings. We enjoy capturing these elements to transport viewers and evoke a sense of place through their images.

What has been the most memorable photo shoot you've ever done?

The most memorable photoshoot I have ever done captured the journey of a family as they transformed their house into their dream home. After the the renovation process, I documented their story. This family has a child with autism, and their primary focus was creating a sanctuary that would cater to her needs. Due to the severe level of autism on the spectrum, traveling and socializing proved challenging for them. Consequently, they dedicated their efforts to turning their home into a genuine resort-like haven.

As they expanded their property, I had the privilege of photographing each addition. They constructed a barn, welcomed goats into their family, installed a pool and state of the art playground equipment for the kids to play.  They created a motorcycle dirt track on their property and even created a museum for motorcycles. Their ongoing project involves building an outbuilding to house their business offices, which will be the subject of our next session.

In addition to capturing their home transformation, I also photographed the gym they established. This gym serves as a haven for families with autistic children, providing them with a dedicated space to visit and engage in activities.

This photoshoot holds a special place in my heart as it beautifully portrays the dedication and love this family has poured into their home and the inclusive space they have created for their daughter and others facing similar challenges.

What's the funniest thing that's ever happened when you've been on a photo shoot?

I entered a home using a lock box and discovered that the sellers do not have a need to crate their birds.  Not understanding birds, I did fire the flash on a couple of images and was instantly dive bombed by the birds.  This listing was live and an agent was coming in at the same time to show potential buyers who were also dive bombed by the bird residents of this property.  I have changed my photo shooting agreement moving forward to reflect crating of not only furry friends, but our feathered friends too.

What advice would you give to someone in Nebraska who was selling their home?

Timeless Nebraska Media offers a comprehensive home preparation list to ensure your property is ready for stunning photos. While we don't cover renovation or painting aspects, as those are typically handled by agents, our preparation list provides valuable suggestions for sellers on how to showcase their property effectively. It covers recommendations on what to leave out, what to hide, how to clean, and the importance of decluttering.

This preparation sheet is available to all agents, who have the option to rebrand and utilize it. Following this list has consistently resulted in our agents achieving offers that exceed the asking price for the properties they sell. It is highly beneficial to allow sellers a week to prepare their homes accordingly.

We suggest offering the preparation sheet, highlighting its advantages, and leaving the decision to follow it up to the sellers. By providing this resource, you have a fallback option in case the property does not sell—the possibility that it wasn't adequately prepared.

By offering this guidance, you empower sellers to present their homes in the best possible light, increasing their chances of a successful sale.

What do you like to do away from work?

My favorite thing outside of work is engaging in Photography Creative Projects. You can witness my progress by visiting my webpage, where I allow my creativity to flourish. It is during these projects that I take the liberty to capture the magic of car collections or shine a spotlight on local artists and their crafts. I thoroughly enjoy using my camera to narrate compelling stories.
